Close Up:

Techniques Used:  Layers of Tulle appliqued by machine over Twin Tower images.  Layers of Organza appliqued by Machine.  Hearts are applied using fusible web, then encased with Thread Play.  Machine Quilted using Sulky Rayons.

The Sky is my own discharged fabric.  Other fabrics are purchased commercial fabrics.
